For CBA members, this service is entirely free, while a nominal fee is applicable for non-members - making it a cost-effective solution for all local businesses. (Of course, the best option for businesses not in the CBA is to JOIN the CBA and take advantage of all the perks.)

How to Post a Job on the CBA Job Board

Posting a job is straightforward:

1. Navigate to the job board.
2. Click Post a Job in the top left corner. 
3. If you have used your CBA account before, enter your email and click Next. Otherwise, click Continue as a guest or Create an account.
4. In New Job Post > Job Post Details, enter your employer information, logo, job details, and other information about the job and your company. 
5. Click Next: Job Duration at the bottom of the page. The Post Duration page is where you select how long you want your post to be displayed on the job board. The cost for posting a job varies according to the length of time you want it visible on the board. The job posting will be dropped from the board automatically at the end of the time period you select. 
6. Click Next: Payment Details. Provide payment and credit card information and click Submit Payment. Even free listings will have a Submit Payment button with a $0 total amount. When payment is submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email, and the job posting will go live on the job board immediately.

To ensure your job posting reaches the widest audience:

• Utilize clear, inclusive, and detailed job descriptions. Interject your business “personality” into the listing.
• Share your job posting on your social media platforms.
• Leverage the CBA Facebook page, a hub of Casselton activity, where we regularly promote the Job Board to engage a larger audience.
